These Terms govern your use of Kebab Rush (the "Game") by YtaskStudio ("we", "us"). By installing or playing the Game you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Game.
1. Eligibility
The Game is intended for users aged 13 or older. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have a parent's or guardian's permission, especially before making purchases.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game on devices you own or control, for non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the App Store or Google Play. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, cheat, use bots, exploit bugs, or manipulate device time or game data to obtain virtual items.
3. Virtual currency and items
In-game money ("TL"), boosts and other virtual items have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred, and are licensed — not sold — to you. We may change game balance, prices of virtual items, and content.
4. Purchases
- Purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms; prices are shown in your local currency by the store.
- Consumable items (coin packs) are used up; non-consumable items (Remove Ads, Starter Pack, VIP) can be restored with Restore Purchases on the same store account.
- "Remove Ads" and "VIP" remove interstitial ads; optional rewarded ads stay available if you want their rewards.
- Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play per their policies. Mandatory consumer rights in your country are not affected.
- Game progress is stored on your device only. If you delete the Game or lose your device, progress and consumed items cannot be recovered by us.
5. Ads
The Game shows ads provided by third parties (Google AdMob). We are not responsible for third-party ad content or websites, but you can report inappropriate ads to us.

7. Intellectual property
The Game, its characters (including Dayı), art, music, code and trademarks belong to YtaskStudio or its licensors. Third-party asset credits are listed in the Game.
8. Availability and changes
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". We may update, change or discontinue the Game or parts of it at any time.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of game progress. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. for intent, gross negligence, or mandatory consumer protection).
10. Termination
We may suspend your license if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws and courts of your country of residence (in Türkiye, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts).
12. Apple-specific terms
These Terms are between you and YtaskStudio, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, is not responsible for product claims, IP infringement claims, or warranty (except refund of the purchase price per its policy), and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. You confirm you are not in a US-embargoed country or on a US restricted-party list.

Bu Koşullar, YtaskStudio ("biz") tarafından sunulan Kebab Rush ("Oyun") kullanımınızı düzenler. Oyunu yükleyerek veya oynayarak bu Koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.
1. Kullanım yaşı
Oyun 13 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılar içindir. Reşit değilseniz, özellikle satın alım yapmadan önce veli veya vasinizin iznini almanız gerekir.
2. Lisans
Size, sahip olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz cihazlarda, ticari olmayan eğlence amacıyla, kişisel, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir kullanım lisansı veririz. Oyunu kopyalamak, değiştirmek, tersine mühendislik yapmak, hile/bot kullanmak, hataları istismar etmek veya sanal öğe elde etmek için cihaz saatini ya da oyun verisini değiştirmek yasaktır.
3. Sanal para ve öğeler
Oyun içi para ("TL"), hızlandırıcılar ve diğer sanal öğelerin gerçek bir değeri yoktur; gerçek paraya çevrilemez, devredilemez ve size satılmaz, lisanslanır. Oyun dengesini, sanal öğeleri ve içeriği değiştirebiliriz.
4. Satın alımlar
- Satın alımlar Apple veya Google tarafından kendi koşullarına göre işlenir; fiyatları mağaza yerel para biriminde gösterir.
- Tüketilebilir öğeler (para paketleri) kullanıldıkça biter; kalıcı öğeler (Reklamları Kaldır, Başlangıç Paketi, VIP) aynı mağaza hesabıyla Satın Alımları Geri Yükle ile geri yüklenebilir.
- "Reklamları Kaldır" ve "VIP" geçiş reklamlarını kaldırır; isteğe bağlı ödüllü reklamlar ödülleri için kullanılabilir kalır.
- İadeler Apple veya Google Play politikalarına göre bu mağazalar üzerinden yapılır. Tüketici mevzuatından doğan zorunlu haklarınız saklıdır.
- Oyun ilerlemesi yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır; Oyunu silerseniz veya cihazınızı kaybederseniz ilerleme ve tüketilmiş öğeler tarafımızca geri getirilemez.
5. Reklamlar
Oyunda üçüncü taraflarca (Google AdMob) sağlanan reklamlar gösterilir. Üçüncü taraf reklam içeriklerinden sorumlu değiliz; uygunsuz reklamları bize bildirebilirsiniz.
6. Gizlilik

7. Fikri mülkiyet
Oyun, karakterleri (Dayı dahil), görselleri, müzikleri, kodu ve markaları YtaskStudio'ya veya lisans verenlerine aittir.
8. Hizmetin sürekliliği
Oyun "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Oyunu veya bir bölümünü dilediğimiz zaman güncelleyebilir, değiştirebilir veya sonlandırabiliriz.
9. Sorumluluk
Kanunun izin verdiği azami ölçüde dolaylı zararlardan ve oyun ilerlemesinin kaybından sorumlu değiliz. Toplam sorumluluğumuz, talepten önceki 12 ayda bize ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır. Kast, ağır ihmal ve zorunlu tüketici hukuku kapsamındaki sorumluluk saklıdır.
10. Fesih
Bu Koşulları ihlal ederseniz lisansınızı askıya alabiliriz. Oyunu kaldırarak istediğiniz zaman kullanımı bırakabilirsiniz.
11. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu Koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır; İstanbul mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir. Tüketiciler için Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri ve Tüketici Mahkemelerine başvuru hakkı saklıdır.
12. Apple'a özgü hükümler
Bu Koşullar Apple ile değil, sizinle YtaskStudio arasındadır. Apple'ın bakım/destek yükümlülüğü yoktur; ürün talepleri, fikri mülkiyet ihlali iddiaları ve garanti (politikasına göre satın alma bedelinin iadesi hariç) konusunda sorumlu değildir. Apple ve bağlı şirketleri bu Koşulların lehdarı üçüncü kişileridir.
